Neblina.org is a voluntary organisation founded by disabled artists whose purpose is to promote the creation, enjoyment and appreciation of visual and performing arts, through workshops, education, exhibitions and debate. We work in Battersea, yet our home is currently in Putney. We seek step-free, more permanent space.
