Biography / Artist statement

Michael is a local Battersea based published photographer documenting fine art, abstracts, landscapes, fashion/portraiture and product, being published both here in the UK and Abroad. He is also an exhibited artist having had work exhibited at The UKTI British Business Embassy for the Late Queen and country during the Olympics (Lancaster House) and The International Contemporary Furniture Fair (Jacob Javitz N.Y.) plus other notable shows both domestically and internationally. Further to this Michael has Been Described as a creative community activist by prominent local community leader. Michael's work is known for juxtaposing beauty and melancholy with precise and powerful delivery, typically informed by one of the following; place, position, form and composition. His work has an elegance that carries throughout the space it inhabits always drawing the eyes to it. Over the years Michael has gained a vast amount of experience in the world of Art & Design having worked closely for a number of years with Balham interiors company Quirky Dovetail all the while building up an amazing archive with work that can suit any environment, from at home in your personal space or intimate commercial space to large corporate settings. His work can be thought provoking or allow you to drift away in its beauty, a truly gifted artist one worth checking.
