Wandsworth Art Season 2020 is now LIVE!
The Royal College of Art (RCA) is thrilled to be launching this digital programme featuring some of the best creative talent in Wandsworth with a takeover day.

Discover some of the RCA students and graduates living and working in Wandsworth who are participating in the Wandsworth Art Curated programme.

Make something new using the Create & Learn PlayKits activity book for 6-10 year olds, including colouring activities from RCA graduate Dan Castro (MA Animation).

Local resident and RCA student Abhaya Rajani (MA Print) shares her ‘Everyday Landmarks’ and asks you to creatively explore, celebrate and share the objects and places in your neighbourhood.

RCA students Qize Zhu and Riya Patel (MA Digital Direction) invite wanderers and explorers who might be stuck at home to time travel to the Climate Portal for a glimpse of the impacts on the city that may arise due to climate change.

RCA students and recent graduates Matthew Dowell (MA Print), Snyder Moreno Martin (MA Sculpture) and Abhaya Rajani (MA Print) share their tips and insights into how artists are adapting, innovating and reimagining their creative practice during Covid-19.

Apply to this year’s RCA Mentoring scheme for 16-25 year old Wandworth artists to receive tailored support from RCA staff and students to create a digital exhibit. Apply by 11 October.

Visit ARTx SCIENCE to explore the ways science and technology are shaping modern medicine in two digital collaborations created by RCA artists Bethany Hadfield (MA Painting) and Melanie King (PhD Candidate) working with scientists from the Centre for Doctoral Training in Smart Medical Imaging.

Get inspired by the RCA’s class of 2020 in this year’s digital graduate show, RCA2020, which for the first time showcased the work of 850+ RCA graduates as a digital discovery platform.
