Biography / Artist statement

Sarah Lipton-Sidibeh is an author and performer who lives near King George's Park in Wandsworth. She has written short stories, poetry, a play, a children's book, film scripts and song lyrics. She is currently completing her first novel, '14 Bensham Grove.' She received an award from 'The Poetry Society' for some of her poems. She was awarded a commended certificate for her song, 'I Wish,' from 'The United Kingdom' Songwriting Competition in 2016.

Her volume of poetry, 'First Collection,' will be published by 'Jacaranda Books' on 1 October 2020. It can be purchased from Jacaranda Books, Amazon UK, Foyles and Waterstones. In September 2020, she will be creating podcasts of her poems, short stories and extracts from her novel on Sounder and Acast.
