Lesley finds her crafts work very therapeutic; having suffered from COPD and breathing problems, and with everything currently going on with the pandemic, she finds making work in her dedicated garden shed brings her great comfort.

She started experimenting with materials 35 years ago when she started making bridal items, bouquets, headdresses, and gifts for the family, and received many compliments on her creations. She regularly makes greeting cards, and transforms ordinary materials and objects into surprising and inventive decorative items.
