Olga’s work includes vibrant oil paintings of London and stunning figurative compositions. On display are new experimental pieces in acrylics.
Olga Brown was born in Ukraine and received a MA in art and textiles from the Academy of Fine Art, Lviv, Ukraine in 1982. Since 1997 she has worked and lived in London, winning the Chelsea Art Society Agnes Reeve Award (2009) for the best painting of London, Award for the best figurative painting in Heskey Hubbard Art Society and The Great Art Award in Women Art Society. Olga exhibits extensively at galleries in the UK and abroad, including prestigious galleries such as The Mall Galleries, Cork Street Gallery and the Royal College of Art; recent solo exhibitions include Warren House (2010) and Cat Hill Gallery, London (2007). She has also participated in regional and national group shows, as well as competitions at local art galleries and centres.
