Wendy Hallam and Graham Wood
Wendy works with graphite, ink and paint mainly on paper and canvas. She experiments with various techniques and media and works from imagination and observation in both a figurative and abstract way
Her work is diverse but fundamentally what she is trying to achieve is a truth - an essence perhaps - of what she sees and the magic and spontaneity of a moment.
Wendy studied at Sir John Cass in London where she obtained a degree in fine art and with Maggi Hambling at Morley College.
Graham is a mainly figurative artist, specialising in nudes and portraits, with a spattering of animals and landscapes. He is currently on a mission to capture light on paper.
